Student Cancellation
We understand that life can shift unexpectedly. If a student chooses to cancel their course registration more than 14 days before the scheduled start date, they are eligible for a full refund, minus a $100 processing fee to cover administrative costs.
For cancellations made within 14 days of the course start date, refunds are not available. However, in both cases, the full course fee may be held as credit, which can be applied toward a future Holy Fusion course. This ensures flexibility and continued access to healing pathways.
This policy applies to all students, whether the course was paid in full or through a payment plan.
To initiate a cancellation, students must provide written notice via email to: worn.well@holyfusion.solutions
We recognize that exceptional circumstances may arise. Requests for exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of Holy Fusion.
Holy Fusion Cancellation
In the rare event that Holy Fusion must cancel a course, all registered students will be notified promptly. A full refund of the course fee will be issued. Please note that Holy Fusion is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by students, such as travel or accommodation.
Holy Fusion also reserves the right to reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, students will be informed and offered placement in the revised schedule or future course options.
