“I’ve spent over 29 years guiding clients through hands-on, holistic therapies at my Come Be Well clinic—rooted in Hawke’s Bay, with sacred connections extending to Australia and Greece. My work restores harmony across body, mind, and spirit.

Over time, I witnessed deeper imbalances emerging: physical fatigue, emotional overwhelm, mental strain, and spiritual disconnection. Meanwhile, our environment and healthcare systems grew increasingly burdened. This sparked a conviction in me—there must be a better way.
